Profile

Mrs. Bhadauria has been involved in the operations of the Group since 2005. She is the Managing Director of Maharana Institute Of Communication Studies (MICS) and also manages the operations of K-12 schools in Kanpur and New Delhi. Prior to joining the group she was head of NIE (News in Education) at The Times of India. She is a silver medalist in Business Administration from IBM and has completed her masters in Mass Communication and Economics.

Profile

Overall experience of 31 years. Serves as the President and Member of the Executive Committee of IVCA. Was the Head of Private Treaties initiative of Times of India Group and immediately prior to that was the MD & CEO of Times Internet Limited. Has held corporate responsibilities in various blue-chip companies at the Board level and senior-most functional levels of Operations, Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain/Logistics, Exports and HR.

An alumnus of NDA, Pune, was commissioned into the RAJPUT Regiment in Dec 1970.General Karwal has wide-ranging experience of various high profile command, staff and instructional appointments. General Karwal has won many distinctions including the Sena Medal and Vishisht Seva Medal.
